About me:
I am an experienced counsellor, trained in the humanistic and relational modalities. I draw from Person-Centred, Gestalt, and Existential frameworks to support you in a way that fosters your growth, both personally and professionally. Furthermore, I am experienced and passionate about feminist theory, trauma informed and anti-oppressive practice and integrate this into my all my work. My supervision style is warm, reflective, creative, and rooted in the belief that the supervisory relationship is key to your ongoing development as a therapist.
Supervision is available for counsellor and physiotherapist in individual or group, face to face and online.

Initial consultation: FREE
Ongoing individual supervision sessions: £80 an hour
Ongoing group supervision sessions: £100 an hour
